2013 Bathroom Technology Trends

VibrAcoustic is a technology that allows you to feel relaxing vibrations choreographed to four original compositions, or your own music, while soaking in your bathtub. The technology is available on six different Kohler bathtub styles and in a wide variety of colors and sizes to fit any bathroom.

A bathtub with VibrAcoustic technology has strategically positioned vibrations throughout the tub that are concealed under the shell for a smooth, uninterrupted bathing experience. The tub offers four original compositions that were created with a renowned sound therapist and are choreographed to optimize the VibrAcoustic effect. You can also plug in your own smartphone, tablet or Mp3 player and listen to your own playlists that the vibrations will automatically sync with. There are also four lights strategically placed that create eight different colors and several patterns, and that are synchronized with the four compositions, as well as aligning with the rhythm of any outside music (like from your own personal Mp3 player). The vibrations from the music surround the body above, and below the water line, to help with relaxation, stress and the ease of tension.

An additional benefit of the tub is that you can use it as a high-quality speaker in your bathroom, to play your music, even when there is no water in the tub!

Moxie is a showerhead with an iPod or Mp3 player hookup attached inside. It will sync with Bluetooth technology up to 32 feet away. The Moxie is a dock speaker with a magnetic attachment that pops in and out easily from the showerhead for easy recharging. Since it is removable, you can take the dock speaker anywhere within the right distance, such as in the kitchen to listen to while taking care of the dishes. You can have a dock speaker for each member of your family, that way they can easy listen to their own genre of music when taking a shower.
