"The Design & Build process has many advantages over the traditional approach to remodeling," says Bob Sturgeon, Westside Remodeling president, "most notably, Design & Build is a whole-project approach and it streamlines the remodeling process into four simple steps: initial meeting, design agreement, design & selection phase and quality construction."

"As a Design & Build remodeler, we take responsibility for every aspect of a project. That means, we hold ourselves accountable for delivering the estimate, design plans and exceptional construction. We deliver the highest quality construction available, the most cost effective methods of construction and a high ratio of customer satisfaction, with minimal change orders-and our goal is zero change orders," adds Sturgeon.

HOW IT WORKS:

The Initial Meeting lays the foundation for the remodel, establishing a working idea of goals, budget and timeline. Westside Remodeling, Inc. takes basic measurements and digital photos of the project area(s).

The Design Agreement puts into writing within a 10 percent range what the project will cost to complete. Depending upon the project size, 50 to 100 percent of the design fee is applied to construction costs when Westside Remodeling, Inc. is retained to build the project.

The Design and Selection Phase brings Westside Remodeling's award-winning designers/architects to the homeowner. Several meetings are held and the design is reviewed and refined. The most cost-effective construction methods are promoted until Westside Remodeling, Inc. has a design and finish selections, which fit homeowner needs and stay within budget.

Quality Construction means Westside Remodeling, Inc., its employees, subcontractors and suppliers are dedicated to providing high quality remodeling services in a professional manner with a commitment to 100 percent customer satisfaction.

With systems developed over the last 23 years in business, Westside Remodeling, Inc. delivers on its promises. The Design & Build Difference
